When she was in high school, she pitched six no-hitters and 13 perfect games. While in college, she was an University of Arizona All-American first baseman as well as pitcher. Her Honda Award was also given in 2001 and 2002 when Arizona was awarded the softball championship in the nation. Wounded Warriors (WWAST's) objective is to increase awareness about the resilience and sacrifices our troops make by presenting softball games.
